Financial Conduct Authority (FCA): Consumer Credit Sourcebook (CONC): Sch 1
The FCA’s Consumer Credit Sourcebook (CONC) applies to all credit-related regulated activities, including consumer loans, credit cards, consumer hire, credit broking, and debt-related services. Consumer credit is a highly regulated area, with significant documentary and informational requirements, and associated record-keeping requirements. Records must be kept of matters such as information notices and confirmations sent to customers, and evidence of firms’ decisions on entering into, or declining to enter into, agreements with customers.
