Ofcom’s work around broadcast standards is one of the better-known aspects of what they do. But there are still lots of misunderstandings about the process they follow when dealing with complaints about TV and radio programmes.


Ofcom received record numbers of complaints about TV and radio shows this year, and each one is carefully handled by their team of experts.


This week they’re also publishing decisions on complaints received about some high-profile television programmes.
