CNMV fraud alert

The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has detected attempts to fraud investors by falsifying the phone number from which the communication is carried out to make it coincide with that of the institution.


In these calls, personal or bank information is requested under the pretext of some supposed official management. For example for take an interest in losses suffered by the investor in investments previous. However, the real purpose of these calls or communications is to access the investor’s bank accounts, their personal passwords and illegally appropriating your funds.
