- Chill WBC Limited – Upheld
A website for Chill WBC, www.chill1.co.uk, seen on 8 May 2017 featured a number of pages about the benefits of Cryotherapy:
a. A page titled “Pain Management” contained text which stated “A single whole body Cryotherapy session may reduce or eliminate pain from injury, inflammation, surgery or chronic conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia”. Further text under the sub-heading “Treatment of …” stated “Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic pain, Osteoporosis, Migraines…
b. A page titled “Health & Wellness” stated “Decreases Depression and Anxiety”.
c. A page titled “Sports Recovery” featured a sub-heading titled “Exercise Recovery”, text stated “As inflammation is lowered and pain gets decreased, the body is more able to promote muscle recovery and heal itself. You can get back to your workout right after a WBC session, unlike with an ice bath”.
- HJ Heinz Foods UK Ltd – Upheld

A website and brochure for Klober Ltd, a roof ventilation and accessories company:
a. The website www.klober.co.uk, seen on 21 February 2017 on a page titled “Profile-Line ® Twin Plain Tile Vent” included the text “Suits Forticrete Gemini profiled Interlocking tiles”.
b. The brochure, seen in February 2017, included a page titled “Profile-Line ® Tile Vent” which included the text “New Twin Plain Suitable for: … Forticrete Gemini” and specific installation information for some of the products.
- Logo Design Pros – Upheld
A website for Logo Design Pros www.logodesignpros.co.uk, seen on 30 July 2017, included on the home page “100% Money Back Guarantee”.

A website for Maisons du Monde, www.maisonsdumonde.com/UK, seen on 5 September 2017, included text on a product page titled “TERENCE Taupe-coloured cotton modular sofa bed left armrest” which stated “Ships within 5 weeks”.
A TV ad for Paddy Power, seen in August 2017, featured a jaded casino security guard singing to the tune of “Papa Loves Mambo” while watching through monitors the casino customers gambling. He then turned away from the monitors and was shown gambling on Paddy Power on his mobile phone as the song continued. The song…
A flyer for ScrewCaps UK, a manufacturer of fastener cover caps, was seen on 15 August 2017. The image featured a naked woman photographed from the back, with the shot slightly angled from below, wearing ski boots, gloves and skis, and carrying ski poles. Red text stating “COVER UP” partially obscured her bottom.
- Rahimsons UK Ltd t/a Modern Gadgets – Upheld
