- Kingstown Associates Ltd – Not Upheld
A brochure titled Healthy Living Direct Magazine and seen in November 2016, contained ads for a number of sex toys and aids.
- Selfridges Retail Ltd – Not Upheld
An email from Selfridges, seen in January 2017, showed a model standing side on in a long blue dress.
