We only collect information when you provide information to us and from outside sources.

We like to maintain a relationship with our clients, so we will hold your data for as long as we feel that there is a legitimate interest to both parties.  (NB: You may request that we delete your data at any time – please see ‘Your Rights’ below)

We will keep in regular contact with you (no less than once every two years) to ensure that we are keeping your information up-to-date.

Who we may give personal information to

LS Consultancy may disclose your contact information to our business associates, agents and service providers for the purposes above. We will always obtain your consent before doing so.

We do not sell our clients personal information.


Whilst it is difficult to guarantee that any method of data storage is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you from unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so.

Our marketing policy and opting out from future marketing

LS Consultancy and our business associates, service providers and agents would like to use your contact information to inform you of other services and products that may be of interest to you by telephone, post, email or text.

Our e-newsletters are used to inform you of news related to our services, including general interests. Our subscription lists will not be sold, rented or leased to any third-parties. We use code within our e-newsletter template to identify open rates and click through rates. This enables us to identify which individuals have opened the message or clicked on links within it and better tailor any follow-up communications. Obtaining a copy of the information we hold about you

Information collected will be only used solely for the purposes of providing background information when contacting you to arrange an appointment or discuss requirements. LS Consultancy will not keep your details, unless you undertake our services or wish to recieve marketing communications.

Disposal of information

LS Consultancy will continue to hold information about you or your firm until services undertaken cease. LS Consultancy will then dispose of any information in a responsible way to maintain your confidentiality.
