By using and downloading documents on our Resources page you agree that LS Consultancy disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by English Law for any loss or damage arising out of the use of this document or for any reliance by users upon its contents. We shall also confirm the download via the email address which you have provided. You email address is not kept for marketing purposes as mentioned above unless you agree.

Newsletters

Our e-newsletters are used to inform you of news related to our services, including general interests. Our subscription lists will not be sold, rented or leased to any third-parties. We use code within our e-newsletter template to identify open rates and click through rates. This enables us to identify which individuals have opened the message or clicked on links within it and better tailor any follow-up communications. You can remove your name from the subscription lists at any time by sending us an email.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp as our chosen email campaign provider. Mailchimp is entrusted with data on millions of people, and they’re dedicated to keeping that information safe and secure. To ensure that they are meeting the GDPR’s requirements, they’ve updated their privacy policy, data processing addendum, and third-party vendor contracts.

Who we may give personal information to

LS Consultancy may disclose your contact information to our business associates, agents and service providers for the purposes above. We will always obtain your consent before doing so.

We do not sell our clients personal information.

How long we retain your data

We only collect data for contacting purposes and marketing if you sign-up to our newsletter.
