The 2023 edition will reward campaigns and/or communication actions carried out and implemented between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023.
The PRIX DE LA COMMUNICATION CITIZEN (PCC) rewards all communication actions whose vocation is to improve individual and collective behavior, to defend great causes or to promote the civic commitments of private or public companies; it invites agencies, advertisers and media companies to submit their file(s) from May 15, 2023 on the website (https://pcc.fdarpp.org) of the Citizen Communication Prize in one or more several of the four major award categories:
- Responsible consumption,
- Human rights,
- Social Progress and Solidarity,
- Public health.

Two new features of PCC 2023: simplified participation methods (online) and free participation.
The PCC intends to remain the meeting point of reference between communication professionals, brands, agencies, media, and public decision-makers, in particular elected officials (mayors, deputies, senators, etc.), who will make up the jury.
Through the various prizes awarded, it also intends to remain this moment of recognition and celebration of advertising creation in line with the mission of the Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité (ARPP) Endowment Fund: to help research and develop the best ethical practices of a fair, truthful and sound advertising for the benefit of all audiences.
