The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) launched the first phase of their new website in June this year and are now working to move the News and Publications sections across at the end of August.

The new website has been designed based on the needs of users and presents information in a clearer and more structured way.

From September the whole website will once again sit at www.fca.org.uk.

Easier to use News and Publications

News and Publications sections are being redesigned to better showcase FCA latest announcements and documents.

The regulator also recognised the difficulty some people experienced when trying to find a news story or document.

The News and Publications sections will therefore have an improved filter and search tool to enable you to more easily find the information you need.

As the FCA publish new publications you will also see a timeline that shows which stage their work is at, such as being open for consultation, or that it is complete and we have published a policy statement.

Send them your feedback

Throughout this project the FCA have been listening to their users’ views and experiences. This has continued since the new website launched in June, with nearly 3,000 feedback responses to date, helping us to further improve the site.

The FCA want you to keep sending them your views so they can continue to refine the website. You can do so at the bottom of most pages on the website, in the section called “Was this page helpful?”, or email webmaster@fca.org.uk.
